I’ve been writing code for quite a while now, at work (chances are that you’re among the many millions of people who’ve already used some of it from my time at a very large software maker, one way or another) and for my own education, or just for fun. I like writing software but as Software Architect I don’t get to do that much anymore, so I use some of my spare time for it. As you can see though from some of the other posts here, it’s not the only thing I’m interested in. At different stages of my life I’ve accumulated a lot of knowledge (a lot of it not very useful in the real world ;-)), studied 6 languages, lived on 2 continents, started 2 companies, and had many brilliantly useless ideas.
